Agreement
By using Reward-E, you agree to these terms. The service is provided by Invotek AS, org.nr. 931 930 354, Postboks 1 Bjørndal, 1214 Oslo, Norway.
The Service
Reward-E is a family allowance tracking app. Free version stores data locally. Cloud Sync subscription enables backup and family sharing.
Subscriptions
Cloud Sync is available as:
- Monthly: $2.99/month, cancel anytime
- Annual: $19.99/year (save 44%)
Subscriptions are billed through the App Store. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period.
Your Data
You own your data. We just store it to provide the service. You can delete your data anytime using the "Delete Account" option in the app's Settings.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Invotek AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
