Getting Started

How do I create a family?

Sign in with Apple or Google, then tap "Create Family" and enter a name.

Do I need Cloud Sync?

No! The free version works great for single-device use. Cloud Sync is only needed if you want backup, multiple devices, or to share with your partner.

Using the App

How do I award stars?

Tap a child's card, then tap +1, +2, +5, or +10. Add an optional note.

How do I change star value?

Go to Settings and change the Star Value. Default is 10 NOK per star.

Cloud Sync

What does Cloud Sync include?

Automatic backup, sync between iPhone/iPad, and family sharing so both parents can award stars.

Monthly vs Annual?

Monthly is $1.99/month, flexible cancel anytime. Annual is $14.99/year - save 37% if you commit for a year.

How do I cancel?

Go to iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Reward-E.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account". Your data will be removed within 30 days.
